 1.Wash the fabric before painting but do not use fabric softener.Roll up the material in the shape of a spiral and tie it with rubber bands.
It is best to wet the fabric and wring it out.  3. Let fully dry and untie.

 2. Do a heavy amount of sprays with the paint. Put on colour on each of the sections between the bands. Turn the rolled up fabric over,and continue spraying on the other side.  Set in the oven for 8’ at 150º or with the iron for 5’ without steam.
After 72h, it can be washed in the washing machine at 40º or dry cleaned.
